I have created this website as a historical record of my life so far for the benefit of my children and their children. That sounds a bit like the title of a great Moody Blues Album!
Overall I have been extremely lucky in my life. Chance and my work have brought me into contact with a number of fascinating people, as you can see in the “Referenced People” section.
Today I enjoy inventing things and that gets me out of bed in the morning. My career in consumer electronics, retailing, HR recruitment and construction have merged and combined so that an approach and experience in one field leads to unusual solutions in others. For me that makes life fun.
Most of my contemporaries have retired. In some cases that is such a pity for they have so much knowledge that is lost to the world in their passing. I have no plans to retire, slow down, yes. Sometimes we forget that we are a creation of Nature, whatever that is, and Nature requires all of its creations to continue to adapt and improve, not to stop and halt their contribition. When you give up on Nature’s path, Nature doesn’t need you any more.
Currently the Local Government have handed me a new challenge by including my property in their local development plan. Details of this can be viewed at:

On a personal level I have also studied, and still study, anthropology. People, and their actions interest me greatly, and in particular the interactions between men and women on a personal level.
