Our first house in America, bought in 1968. Located in a sub-division created following the break up of one of the North Shore’s major estates. Each property had to have a minimum of two acres in order to build a house and I found this new home built as a one-off by a Polish builder.
One big plus with the property was the shared beach and beach house that had been part of the original estate.
