I met Robert Krieble as a result of giving a presention about doing business in Russian wher I was approached by his friend Oliver Dechamps.
Delchamps suggested that if I was ever in Washington DC then I should pay him a visit. As it transpired a few months later I had occasion to visit DC and a meeting with Krieble, at that time President of the Hertiage Foundation was arranged.
As you face the Capitol Building his office location was to the right flank, lower section.
I entered and the lobby which was full of pictures of Krieble together with leading Political Leaders including the then current Major of Moscow.
