Eating Out
I like most cuisines and enjoy eating out.
At Home
I love cooking too, but not from the recipe book. My meals are created by my imagination. Usually this works, but not always.
For instance, for a starter try cooked spinach with blue cheese folded into it.
Then there’s chopped cabbage, onions and bacon cooked in a tomato sauce with Lea and Perrins and vodka.
Or fish cakes over cooked spinach with shrimp on top of the cakes and a piquant sauce (usually hurried together with a mixture of mayo, salad cream and thousand island dressing to taste).
